Does your organization love art?
Kids will have the opportunity to complete the statement using art! General contest information is as follows:
Winners of the contest will see their artwork displayed in the ULF 2014 bookmarks which are used for promotion during many of our workplace giving campaigns. This also serves as a great opportunity to showcase the wonderful work our grantees are doing in the community.
Contest is currently open to 2012-2013 grantees only.
The organization with the 1st place artwork can receive up to $1,000!
Two categories will be available: 1) 8-12 years old 2) 13-18 years old.
Children/youth prizes are still TBD.
Contest begins December 16, 2013 & runs through January 16, 2014.
More details will be available for those interested in participating*.

It's here... the 2014 ULF Community Grants Program RFP information and guidelines packet. You will find all the necessary information and forms to facilitate in the application and submission for a grant. The ULF Community Grants Program supports non-profit organizations committed to improving the quality of life in the Latino community of Greater Los Angeles County. The goal of the community grants program is to provide 15 grassroots organizations with a 1-year small grant that will help create a healthier environment for Latinos living in Los Angeles County.

The United Latino Fund is delighted and honored to be part of the 2014 Charitable Giving Campaign. During the executive breakfast "It Starts With U" Kick Off at the Performing Arts Center of Los Angeles, L.A. County Employee presented donations that will allow ULF to provide grants to LA County programs that strengthen our communities. Thank you Los Angeles County Employees!

On Wednesday, September 17, 2014 the United Latino Fund celebrated its Annual Community Grants Awards Reception at the legendary Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Downtown Los Angeles. Mrs. Priscilla Lizárraga, Senior Vice President of TELACU Industries, was honored by ULF with the Caridad Award for her dedication and commitment to promoting higher education in the Latino community. The event also gave ULF supporters the opportunity to meet the 2014 ULF Community Grants recipients.

The United Latino Fund - Sharing Brings Hope Campaign.

•On June 3rd, 2016, the ULF Board met for a Board Retreat in which they discussed and developed a Statement of Work for their upcoming year.
•Beginning in August, the ULF is set to initiate giving campaigns at the local, State, and Federal levels
Over the last year, the United Latino Fund has participated in the LAUSD’s Sharing Brings Hope Campaign. The Sharing Brings Hope Campaign is a an annual, consolidated fundraising campaign led by the LAUSD to raise money to assist meeting the health, social, environmental, and educational needs of the communities that LAUSD serves. As part of the Campaign, the United Latino Fund was able to raise $246,246.62 for children in the LAUSD, which surpassed last year’s ULF contributions by nearly $15,000!

We are proud to participate in the Give to LA campaign to raise funds for over 400 member charities that offer a variety of programs assisting everyone from the newborn to the elderly. Those member charities fund needed social services, cancer research and patient services, health care programs, environmental programs, and scholarships.
